Introduction
In today’s era people are constantly facing the difficulties of coming to terms with their
Christian faith. It is hard to get to know and completely comprehend the truth about God and all
of his many creations. Jesus sacrificed everything for us, and it is apparent in everyone’s lives.
We all have to deal with the struggle to determine our sense of purpose regarding humanity, and
what they can do to fully and completely live out God’s plan for them. Due to Jesus’s
unconditional love for children, we finally realize that his sacrifice was nothing less than loving
and compassionate. People eventually get closer to finding out their sole purpose of life, by
taking the time to explore the words of the Bible. The Bible provides us with the knowledge to
properly decipher the word of God. As Christians we will never be able to completely
comprehend the complex nature that God has created. We are able to develop our relationship
with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through prayer, attending church, and reading the Bible.
Because of these things, we are able to know ourselves on a deeper more spiritual level better,
and be form a strong connection with Jesus.
God
God can be described in many different ways. God is: wisdom, love, patient, kind,
compassionate, empowering, protective, provider, reliable, powerful, mighty, faithful, and most
importantly real. God’s wisdom is displayed a plethora of times in the Bible. For example, in
Genesis 6, the story of Noah. “God saw how great man’s wickedness on the earth had become,
and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The Lord was
grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain. So the Lord said,
‘I will wipe mankind whom I have created, from the face of the earth—men and animals’...but
Noah found favor in the eyes of God.” (Genesis 6:5-8). Noah and his family were saved during

the flood, and then the earth was repopulated with a new generation. Opening your heart to God
and accepting him and the walk of life, you are predisposed to more wisdom. “If any of you
lacks wisdom, he should ask God who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be
given to him.” (James 1:5). Another attribute of God is mighty. God is mighty because he is
everlasting. In Hebrews 13:8, he says he is “the same yesterday today and tomorrow.”
