Airton da Silva Eco-215-02 Macroeconomics Mr. Lawless 11/10/06 CPI Extra Credit The CPI of Boston compared to the CPI of Los Angeles Using the Bureau of Labor Statistics website, we can find the CPI for the metropolitan area by searching through New England’s CPI found in the Consumer Price Index page. The CPI for Boston which is included in the metropolitan area as well as Brockton-Nashua, MA-NH-ME-CT was 224.5 since its last update on September 2006. By looking at the chart provided for the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers
