In regards to who has power - Manageable conflict - Most conflicts occur when they don’t see a future - Natural tendency to get along - Pick your battles - Internal conflicts – what goes on in our own head - Be sure you have a plan to resolve and redress them - Resolve things before you go to the leader – puts the leader on the spot and makes him/her a referee The more equal the culture the more people will be aware of who is actually ahead Why? When it is defined as being equal, we tend to focus on the aspects that aren’t 2.4.08 Poly-Vocality: We all take different things from stories and you can never tell what that person is going to take away
