Abstract
This paper looks at the relationship between employee job satisfaction and productivity in Apple
Company. The research objectives for this paper include: To determine the factors influencing
the job satisfaction of employees, to find out why employees are not satisfied and how employee
satisfaction can be achieved, to determine the significance of employee job satisfaction, and to
give recommendations of how Apple Company can improve employee job satisfaction. Apple
Company has been able to offer job satisfaction to its employees through various ways. Some of
the ways include; offering its employees competitive salaries and wages, equally treating all
individuals working for the company, advancing employees career through regular training
programs and short courses, and listening to employees ideas and opinions. Employee
