The disease of addiction is a devastating illness that puts the addict’s life in danger, as
well as the safety and well-being of those around them. Easy Does It, Inc. is a non-profit
organization located in Reading, Pennsylvania that provides transitional living and treatment
services to those suffering from this disease. The organization is primarily funded by the
government agency, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), in addition to state and local
funders as well. Easy Does It, Inc. is currently seeking to expand their services to include clinical
counseling through Intensive Out Patient programs. To facilitate this transition to a clinical
treatment provider, they will need to organize a team, designate a project manager, and develop a
timeline.
