How Culture Influences in Child
Development
According to the text book“
Cultural and societal infuences on child development can be instilled subtly throug
h natural interactions with others, can be ingrained deliberately early in life, or can
arise as a consequence of the family in which the child is born. “ (Groark, C.,
McCarthy, S. & Kirk, A. (2014). Culture now days has a big infuence in child
development because of the fact that each day in the united states we have different
people from different countries coming in. It is important to teach children that we
need to respect and teach them about different cultures.

Physically Impacted

Culture impacts our children in a way that they are brought up. For
instance now cultures are not interested in having family time at the
park or even the bac yard. Children are taken to places where video
games are the main attraction for this they are not getting the
physical activity needed and for this we have children with obesity.
