The Progressive Movement Key mentionables would be the Political Reform. The progressives needed to have change and change in parts of state, economy, and society. Progressives had critical progressions at a national level, for example, income taxes which the sixteenth Amendment covers. The seventeenth Amendment which considers immediate elections of Senators of States. The eighteenth Amendment covers Prohibition which banned the assembling, deal, and transportation of liquor. Then again, drinking was not denied. And the nineteenth Amendment which expresses Women's Suffrage to the U.S. Constitution. The progressions to State government changes including: secret ballots, whic is the place voters get secret ballots and a private booth to vote. The activity gives voters the right to put issues on a vote for a vote. This opt was to allow voters the right to evacuate a chosen official. Most essential, the Direct Primary provided laborers the right to choose competitors for office instead of the large organizations voting in government officials.
