Financial statement 1. total rooms in hotel= avail. Rooms/ days in month 2. ADR= revenue/ # of occupied rooms (CPOR= cost per occ. Room) 3. Occ. (%)= # occ. Rooms/ # avail. Rooms 4. RevPar= ADR* Occ. % 5. Other expenses ( linen, cleaning supplies, guest supplies, laundry) /#occ. Rooms(%) make sure these are in line (Actual-Budget) IF paying more than budget for  linen , check what destroyed, sheets ripped. For  cleaning supplies check for HSKPing wasting supplies (use too much), someone stealing supplies, not being diluted  prop. For  guest supplies , HSKPing using shampoo to clean, inventory- mistake in counting? For  Laundry , chemicals not diluted properly?   Wage and hour report Productivity= Hours/ # occ. Rooms -if same, productivity= in line For HSKPers, productivity % * 60 = # of min. to clean 1 room if actual time is more than budget, maybe short staff.
