Tell us what anthropology as a discipline studies and discuss the 4 fields: Scientific discipline that studies humans and non-human primates. Divided into archaeology, biological anthropology, cultural anthropology, and linguistic anthropology. [describe each, esp. biological anthropology] Talk about the Biological Anthropological perspective: Focuses on the uniqueness of the human adaptation (make sure you know WHY we are unique). Fundamental theory of evolution by natural selection.
