List them in order of importance and explain why they are important The three most pressing problems that are occurring in the Chinese legal system are the lack of the rule of law, secondly there is almost not enough respect for human rights. Thirdly, there still continues to be restrictions regarding freedom of speech. This means that people are unable to express their true feelings and to express themselves through speech. This is taking away their agency to speak aloud on the problems that are occurring and for them to do something about it. All of these problems are significantly influencing people’s thoughts and then the actions they take in their daily lives. And because of this, people can’t see through the lies of the government and are unable to take action.
