Cordray Sundstrom Bin Xing 04/19/2017 Practical Application 11 Group projects were given since middle school and up until your real career. It’s important that everyone knows how to work with others, whether you want to or not. Being in a group means working together and coming to a compromise if not everyone agrees. I have been a part of a group in high school where a member thought she was talking about ideas that correct, but in reality the other group members were actually talking about the correct thing. Some group members aren’t the nicest about everyone contributing. The leader wants to be the one to talk the most and be correct about everything. I have spoken up in a group before and the leader didn’t care what I had to say because she thought if it wasn’t her idea then it didn’t matter. To have everyone in the group feel included and their opinions are valued each group member could say, “that’s a good idea” or the next
