Discussion 2 In chapter 8, we learned about conflict management. Conflict management is the practice of being able to identify and handle conflicts sensibly, fairly, and efficiently. Since conflicts in a business are a natural part of the workplace, it is important that there are people who understand conflicts and know how to resolve them. This is important in today's market more than ever. Everyone is striving to show how valuable they are to the company they work for and at times, this can lead to disputes with other members of the team. We also learned about interpersonal conflict. The image I’ve attached below shows two adults arguing, “his fault, her fault, their fault, not me” This is an example of interpersonal conflict. Interpersonal conflict is an expressed struggle between at least two interdependent people who perceive incompatible goals, scarce resources or interference

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
