3 Executive Summary The purpose of this report is to develop different solutions for effectively retaining employees to Human Resource (HR) managers covering the research question: what would a company need to improve in order to retain employees efficiently? To determine different solutions to the problem of effectively retaining employees, both a survey and interview were conducted as well as research from empirical and print sources. There were many different situations and results found due to all of the different sizes of companies. Some of these situations will be discussed in the results section. As you will see in the results section, the information found in the empirical research is reliable, but there are biases due to some of the survey questions and interview questions asking opinions. There are countless solutions for advising HR managers in retaining employees efficiently, however, we can use these solutions to help keep turnover rates to a minimum. We will not be able to eliminate turnover rates all together, but we will be able to keep them low if the solutions offered are implemented. Recommending solutions to HR

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
