SIEMENS DOMINANCE Values Affecting Business Behavior The choices I have before hearing my bosses’ explanation is to either ignore the situation that is taking place or to document what has happened with the proper departments within the company. I personally would have chosen to document what had happened with HR and the appropriate legal teams to ensure that I wasn’t implicated in any type of bribery charges. This move comes from the egoism principle as I would be simply acting in my own best interest. I would be protecting myself and nobody else by allowing our legal team to know what had happened during the meeting. This would allow me to be removed from any charges that may be applied to my boss for taking bribes which allows me the best opportunity to further my career free from any controversial court appearances (Bredeson, 2012).

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
