Politcal Science 112 STudy Guide Taking the quiz and exams The questions on the quiz and exams are designed to make you think through multiple possible answers before choosing the correct answer. You should not just choose the Frst answer that looks like it is right, or sounds approximately right (such answers are often incorrect; question 4 below is an example of such a question). Rather, you should think through every possible answer before making your choice. Also, if any part of a question or answer is unclear or ambiguous, you absolutely should ask me to clarify the meaning during the quiz or exam, rather than guessing at the meaning. Types of questions On the quiz and exams, you will see various kinds of questions, ranging from fairly easy to fairly di±cult. These are examples of the kinds of questions you will encounter (the correct answers are on the last page). Many of the questions require that you think through all of the possible answers before answering, so you should not be quick to give the Frst answer that looks correct.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
