Problem In 2015 it was 344 murders in Baltimore. Last year was the bloodiest year in the City of Baltimore’s history. But as 2016 reaches its halfway point, the bloodshed seems to be showing no signs of stopping, the homicide rates are still inclining .

Solution The Baltimore Suns states that “More than 90 percent of the homicide victims this year were boys or men, more than 90 percent were black, and more than half were between the ages of 18 and 30 — reflecting an urban reality that residents and civil rights activists say is devoid of legitimate job opportunities and caught up in the often-violent drug trade.” So therefore I would like to build a recreation center where teens can go so they won’t be out there on the streets. And a place where men can go to try to find a job so they won’t be selling drugs or getting into no trouble.

Opportunity and Target Market The recreation center will be split in three parts. One part is the computer room, which is where we help people find jobs etc.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
