Solving My Employment Problem Using The 5 Step Model My current employment problem is that I consistently find myself disinterested in what I’m doing. Well, it goes beyond that because every time payday comes around I’m not even excited anymore. So, whether it’s that I’m not motivated or financially happy, it’s still a combination of both. I know I’m not alone as per a study conducted by a Gallup Poll 7 out of 10 Americans are discontent or unhappy with their job. Now I hate to be a part of that statistic, but this is an opportunity for me to identify the problem and imitatively develop a solution. Now that I have identified the problem which is the first step in the five-step model I must list my alternatives. So, let’s me start with step two which is asking what alternatives do I have?
