Final Portfolio Assignment Part of the goal for this course is for you to hone your writing and revising skills in order to take risks in your fiction and to be able to revise with your own tendencies in mind. Your final portfolio will include the following, and will be submitted in one stapled packet at the beginning of class. If you need to print your story during this time, points will be deducted . Late portfolios will not be accepted. Emailed portfolios will not be accepted. If you miss class for some reason, place the portfolio in Kassie’s mailbox on the first floor. 1. A ROUGH DRAFT OF YOUR FINAL STORY 2. A FINAL DRAFT OF YOUR FINAL STORY—PLEASE TITLE THEM ROUGH DRAFT AND FINAL DRAFT 3. YOUR STORY SHOULD BE AT LEAST 3000 words and no longer than 8000. 4. YOU WILL ALSO INCLUDE A 1 TO 2 PAGE CRAFT DISCUSSION ON ONE OF THE STORIES YOU SELECT FROM THE ECCO ANTHOLOGY. THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THAT ARE DISCUSSED FURTHER IN THIS DOCUMENT.
