The argument proposed by the author is a put together argument. He listed valuable reason as to why he felt like the immigrants should every right to fight for their chances of staying in the United States. He stated that certain circumstances should also give them the reasons to fight for their chances of not being deployed. Children would appear in court without an attorney and this would actually hurt their chances of staying in the United States. Studies showed that if they detained an illegal immigrant who cannot afford an attorney, they would less likely be win their case. The author wants us as stated in the title, to be more vigilant and charitable. He wanted us to be more accepting to their situations as well as ours. To realize that not all illegal immigrants are criminals. Some do not even realize that they are illegal until they get older. Many of the
