May 22, 2017 Ms. Jan I. Tor 1819 Holiday Drive Charlotte, NC 14732 Dear Ms. Tor, Congratulations, Sheridan Apartments would like to offer you the position of Maintenance Technician/Janitor position. Our Maintenance Department is one of the crucial mainstays of our business, and our mission is to ensure all equipment and hardware is in excellent condition and upkeep for our customers. We have reviewed your application and believe that your skills and experience will be the perfect match for our team. If you accept this offer, your anticipated start date will be Tuesday, May 30, 2017. On that date, you will report to Steve Smith at 8:00 am for orientation. Your job title will be Maintenance Technician/Janitor, and your supervisor is Mr. Craig Tuggle, our Production Manager. Your starting salary will be $62,000 per year and will be compensated to you on a bi- weekly basis. Direct Deposit is available to all employees. Additional information will be provided to you during orientation.
