Interview Simulation Review 2 Assess the resumes of each interview candidate Over the past few months I have been actively pursuing candidates that meet the qualifications for a Maintenance Technician/Janitor. After careful reviewing multiple applicants resumes, I have selected three candidates for final review. Candidate Joe Johnson resume was more tailored to the job description. He used a resume that is in chronological order from most recent position listed first. This resume has a strong solid work experience. Joe has also attended college and he has been doing maintenance work since 1987. So he has a wealth of experience in the field. Candidate Rose E. Smith resume is also in chronological order, but she has the year she graduated at the top of her resume. She lack the job related experience. Her resume does not show her performing maintenance and janitorial work, it is displaying labor jobs only. Candidate Jan I. Tor resume has more of a functional resume because she list her professional summary and skills before she displays the remaining resume in chronological order. She also list some of her accomplishments and certifications that she has obtained since she has been working in the Maintenance field.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
