HILARY CASE 2 Legal Memorandum TO: To Whom It May Concern FROM: XXX (Paralegal) RE: Davis Hilary SUBJECT: Case Details and Evidence for Successful Recovery The purpose of this memorandum is to discuss the unfortunate event and to providing the facts that supports successful recovery for my client. My client Davis Hilary was attacked by one of his school mate Bobby Jones when they were on school property. While my client was trying to get down from school bus at his usual stop, then he was prevented from exiting the bus by Bobby Jones. John held him down and threatened him.
