1. In Period 1, our team, T-Team, had a revenue of $54,797,000. The percent change of revenue is [(54,797,000-46,987,000)/46,987,000] = 16.6%, which is an increase. A market share of 7.8% for Tone and 8.3% for Tops resulted in a total market share that decreased to 16% after period 1. Our market share percent change is [(16-17)/17] = -5.8%. Our Net Contribution for Period 1 is $22,813,000. The percent change for Net Contribution is a [(22,813,000-18,358,000)/18,358,000] = 24.27% increase. Our Stock Price Index is $1,057,000. 2. Based on our Market share market research, TONE seems to attract the following segments: Shoppers (13.2%) and Savers (15.2%). TOPS attracts Professionals (16.2 %), High Earners (15.3%), and Explorers (10.6%). 3. For Period 2, we have determined significant changes need to be made to re-establish our position in the Astronomy industry. Brand Management (Production and Pricing) In Period 2, we increased our production of TONE to 145,000 units, a 25.41% increase from period 1. We decreased our price to $230 for TONE, a $20 decrease from Period 1. TOPS produced increased to 152,000 units, a 24.89% increase from period 1.
