hereby deposes and says:
That he is the Plaintiff in the case Sy vs. Su;
That there is sufficient cause of action;
That the defendant has removed or disposed of his property, or is
about to do so with intent to defraud his creditor, the herein plaintiff-
affiant;
That he is filing a bond in the amount of P 100,000;
That the amount claimed in the action is as much as the sum which
the order is prayed for above all legal counterclaims.
