Communication between men and women has intrigued all of us for a very long time. Ever since high school, everyone has been infatuated with the opposite sex and there is no better way to explore that relationship than through the study of communication.

Deborah Tannen is a New York Times best selling  author of many books such as  You Just Don't  Understand - Women and Men in Conversation. She is a professor of linguistics at Georgetown  University and a renowned lecturer at Princeton  University as well. Her studies and research of communication between  men and women have been cemented in the field.  (Especially the genderlect theory.)
