One cases that I found that I liked to read about Verizon Communications Inc. V. Law Offices of Curtis V. Trinko. I read this case and found it very interesting. It is about the Telecommunications act which they say imposes upon an incumbent local exchange carrier. They say that Verizon was violating the obligation and that they wanted to open a full investigation which they found led to the financial penalties and remediation measure and they added additional requirements on Verizon. Then I found out that AT&T had filled the class action suite saying that they had filled rival’s orders on a discriminatory basis and they scheme to discourage customers from becoming or remaining customers with Verizon. In the article it says that the respondent complains does not violate any of the other pre- existing standards that they have.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
