4 General Guidelines for Evaluation 60% Examinations => Mid-Term, and Final (30% each) 40% Practicum => Homework (10%) and Project (30%) Participation may be 20% or more of a Practicum grade… depending on how teams perform Grade Scale The usual 10-point scale will apply (subject to any curve). Curve A curve may or may not be employed in this course.The application of a curve is dependent upon class performance on tests and homework. The decision to utilize a curve rests entirely with the course instructor. Statute of Limitations Any questions or complaints about the evaluation of an assignment must be raised within two weeks of the posting of score information.

6 Late Work There are legitimate reasons for late work, but they must be acknowledged before the due date to be heard… let me know and then you will know . In the unlikely event of late work, the assignment will have 10 points per day deducted for late submissions. Deadlines Assignments have deadlines. Deadlines are predictable, but temperamental, … get too close to one and it can bite you!
