Unformatted text preview: So, killing someone is right? There is no gray when it comes to the life of a human being, it is either black or white. Either it is right or wrong. Capital punishment, the execution of convicted criminals by the government for severe (capital) crimes, is an extremely controversial issue today. The death penalty is officially sanctioned in 38 of the 50 United States. Capital punishment should not be in practice at any time, in any place, under any circumstances. The death Penalty is not an effective from of punishment because it fails to deter, there is no time for redemption, and it’s unjust . The solution to the usage of capital punishment is to put a decrease on violence, and such other crimes, therefore making a safer environment for people to live in. From a typical citizen like myself who lives in a community where violence happens frequently does not see that the performance of capital punishment to be effective. While I know that no punishment can bring sunshine to the lost of someone’s death. But we are convinced to use this dreadful execution on people who are giving the lost of someone’s death....
