Human resources Human resources in the organizations play a large and effective role, and they view the success of organizations and the development of their investments. The importance of human resources as the basis of each activity depends on efficiency, growth, progress, continuity and competition. Therefore, human resources management has a great importance in organizations. It is the management of attracting, selecting, developing, organizing, evaluating, rewarding and managing the members of the organization to achieve the objectives of the organization and the objectives of individuals through job satisfaction and increase Effectiveness and productivity of workers. Human resources management is the heart of the organization and there is no successful organization without effective human resources management. One of the important functions of human resources will be the recruitment and selection.
