Running Head: A Nonprofit Organization Appraisal Result 3 Introduction In the manufacturing industry, there is quality of services at stake and there is room for growth and improvement in every organization. According to Ivanovic and Antic, there is great need for improvement of quality service. Most focus on these quality services is efficiencies and effectiveness in performance which leads to better quality services. This article summary is about using important quality management tools to facilitate in the evaluation of quality performance. This article summary is on a nonprofit management because it is imperative to provide services with is of a reasonable standard of quality to customers in need than focusing on profits for the organization. This article summary will be on the ‘Evaluation of Results of Nonprofit Organizations, evaluate the problems faced by nonprofit organizations with regards to quality management authored by Milka Ivanovic and co-authored by Zorana Antic (2011), and write on the evaluation Focal Entry Manufacturing organizations are supposed to spend more time building their quality statement and executing these statements in their products and services that should be their main goal. This helps gives organizations an upper hand in the market and helps in their survival. The customers need grows every now and then that is why the above mentioned author had the need to write that manufacturing industries needs to constantly create values and frequently monitor those values to meet customers’ needs as they grow for market sustenance.
