2 Question (1) : List some of the main points that the expert discussed this week (minimum 2 3 paragraphs): Mr. Ed dove right in, and began to explain what an information system was. He explained that information’s systems existed back in ancient Egypt, when people would basically take inventory of their belonging like chickens and so on. We transitioned to speak about the variety of jobs that we could potentially get with a CSI degree and what we could do to gain experience in the field. One thing that he mentions was to go and volunteer. There are jobs in the field that are low priority and the IT department would love to have help. Dr. Ed also spoke about the future, and what we could do to better prepare ourselves. At the end of the day I feel like the message he was trying to convey was to never give up and continue to practice. Another piece of great advice he gave was to learn what programming language is demand in our area so that we know which language should take priority in mastering. He also suggested that we explore different software. So once again, this week on meet the expert, I was
