Instructions: Many things have contributed to the destruction of habitat which is the leading cause of species extinction in today's world. Certainly one contribution is our failure as a species to value the preservation of nature, a lack of willingness to protect and steward nature. It is perhaps part of human nature that you will not protect what you do not love and that you can not love what you do not know.
