Safe Haven -check point 3 Parents can simply bring the infant to a safe haven location and make sure they locate a person to give the child. If the child shows no signs of intentional abuse, no name or other information is required. The specific locations and maximum age of the child varies from state to state. The child must be 30 days or less. There is a lot of people who just give up their children or somehow harm them and they get taken. The good thing with this law is that it is a safe place to bring a baby if someone isn’t ready or can’t handle it and know that the child is safe.
