Many organizations have HR management systems (HRMSs) Human Capital : what the people bring and contribute to organizational success The collective value of the capabilities, knowledge, skills, life experiences, and motivation of an organizational workforce. (sometimes referred to as intellectual capital) HR contributes to the Core Competency of a firm a unique capability that creates high value and differentiates an organization from its competition.
