1 RUNNING HEAD: PREMSE PERSPECTUS PROPOSAL The purpose of this application is to discuss the relationship between a premise, prospectus, and a proposal in dissertation writing. In research a premise is like the grandmother of the family. It basically holds the paper together by being the foundation of the research. It is the initial glance to awareness. It provides background information and also provides the conclusion, all while not going into much detail. It basically gives birth to the research paper. It tells why the topic is important and justify why the conclusion is correct (Glanz, 2010). The proposal and the prospectus goes hand and hand. They are like the children of the paper. The two together provides a completion to the topic. This is done by providing details, engaging audiences, and bringing new ideas to the table.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
