Leadership Motivation Assessment After taking the Leadership Motivation Assessment, I received a score of 55 total points. My score interpretation was that I have some uncertainty about my motivation to lead. Some of my strengths are that I am good at motivating others and motivating them to deliver my vision. Also, being a good role model. When working with a team I do my best to set a good example for all its members, and not just set back letting them do all the work. Another strength is managing performance effectively. I work to let team members know my expectations and setting rules that I maintain. A few of my weaknesses would be the lack of self-confidence.
