Ex. Doing homework and lion walks into the room – more likely to happen before a fear response. After fear response – more likely to run. Dimensional Approach: 3 basic dimensions Pleasant vs. unpleasant Ex. Happy vs. sad Intensity Ex. Terrified>Afraid Enraged> Angry
