The course material covers concepts related to productivity, quality, and decision making in the operations of goods and services. PREREQUISITESDS 110, DS 212, and ISYS 263 and spreadsheet proficiency. COURSE MATERIALSText:Stevenson, Operations Management, 12thed., McGraw-Hill (2015). Alternatively, you may use the 11thor 10theditions. Calculator: Bring a calculator to class. We will be doing some examples in class. A calculator is also required for all exams.
