Andrew Ficklin FDINT215 5/29/17 Law, Human Rights, and Tiananmen Square 1. What would you consider three of the most pressing problems about the current Chinese legal system? List them in order of importance and explain why they are important. The three most pressing problems that are occurring in the Chinese legal system would be that there is not a good rule of law, also another pressing problem that there are in the Chinese legal system would be that there is no respect for human rights. And lastly there are restrictions that are applied to freedom of speech in the country. The people of China are not able to express their feelings and being able to express their beliefs concerning the government of religion. The government is controlling and influencing the lives of their citizens. They influence their thoughts and actions to where they cannot understand the lies and corruption of the government.
