Success is about setting up goals and working hard to meet them. There's nopoint of setting goals that others want you to do. Always be yourself and dowhatever you want to do. People should always try to success don’t matter whatbecause working hard is the key to success. Setbacks should not hold anyone fromtrying again. Some people will need motivation from others to move on with theirlives after a setback. People with growth mindset are the most successful people inlife. People with growth mindset are more likely to seek greater opportunities tolearn and not give up when they face a setback.Some people are able to overcomefailures in the face of any kind of obstacles.Carol Dweck in the article, “Brainology” explained how our brains changebecause of the experiences we have in our life. Carlos Dweck also talked aboutmindsets and achievement and how every student is different from another; Howmuch they are interested in learning. He also talked about fixed mindset. He arguedthat everyone is smart but they have to try their best. They also have to not give upfrom the first mistake they make. For example, Dweck divided the 7 grade studentsto two different groups to show how mindsets can be different. The studies foundout that student with fixed mindset have more likely to care about how smart theyare than the students that have growth mindset. He also did two groups one calledit growth mindset and the other called it different mindset. He did someexperiences on them and compared the difference between both of the groups, and
found out the same result from their last experiment. He also explained howstudent will learn about these kinds of mindsets. He also set up a workshopexperience to see if the mindsets can be taught to kids and the way to teach it.Carol Dweck in the article, “Brainology” asserts that there are two kinds ofmindsets: Growth Mindset, and Fixed Mindsets.
