Module 7 homework assignment 3 The decision to censor what a person sees on the internet should be up to the individual to decide. Most people that use the internet are considered adults or over eighteen, there are younger people that use the internet but it should be up to the parent or guardian to decide. With the rights of people already dwindling how can we stop this encroachment on what an adult can do on the internet? Being an adult means we are old enough to know what we want to view. Being an adult also means we are able to consent to what you are viewing or what we let our youth view. There are better ways to censor what you don’t want your family to see. There are many types of programs that can prevent viewing of certain sites, there are also parental settings on computers which can limit what is being accessed.
