In this this video clip, Dr. Helen Turnbull discusses the concepts of blind spot and inclusion. Explain those concepts and how they relate to diversification in the workplace. “New research makes it increasingly clear that companies with more diverse workforces perform better financially (Hunt, Layton, & Prince, 2015)”. It should come as no surprise that more diverse companies and institutions are achieving better performance (Greenberg, 2004)”. I concur with this because, with a different cadre of employees it presents a diverse workplace with knowledge and skills that strengthen the company.
