GIVING VOICE TO VALUES 2 Joe works at a large lawn and garden corporation called The Green Thumb as a sales representative. They are known for being a green company with a strong reputation for care about the environment. They advertise all of their products as being organic, all natural and environmentally friendly. Joe is trying to start his own organic farm and has been a long time fan of their products. He travels around the state trying to get farmers to switch to their product. This job has reaffirmed his passion for farming and is helping him earn enough money to be able to start his own farm in the next few years. In the past few months, Joe has heard from other employees that there is a secret ingredient and only a few people in the company are privy to such information. He had not given it much thought until he had visited a few customers and had complaints where the customer thinks the fertilizer is killing animals.
