CG produces a basic (alkaline) fluid that functions to neutralize the acid of urine in the urethra before ejaculation (acid damages sperm) ii. CG can contain sperm (from last ejaculation or wet dream) that can cause pregnancy iii. CG can contain enough HIV to transmit AIDS Two physiological mechanism that mediate sex reflex Vasocongestion- blood flowing into the genitals Myotonia- muscle tension
