This bill would create incentives for individuals or companies who build  alternative fueling stations (includes e85-ethanol, natural gas, and hydrogen),  which will allow for more choice and less dependence on foreign oil. I want to create a comprehensive definition that California can use to  identify who is and is not a Native American, which will help ensure the proper  application of benefits and legal protections for Native Americans. Problem – Lack of alternate fueling stations in California.  Problem – Lack of a definition for who is Native American. Midterm Hint 3 branches of government – Judiciary, Legislative, Executive. name of the upper house of the legislature – The Senate o 40 members of the state Senate name of the lower house of the legislature – The Assembly o 80 members of the state Assembly 100 members of the senate in DC
