Discussion 6: Peacemaking and Helping Question 1: a) Most people can remember where they were the day (April, 1999) the Columbine tragedy occurred. What was your initial reaction to Harris and Klebold? If you cannot remember, ask a family member, friend, or acquaintance where they were the day the Columbine massacre occurred. You are required to number your answers 1a, 1b, etc. 1a) I was at home April 20 th, 1999, I remember being scared and very sad. My mom worked at a high school at the time so before knowing all the details, I remember trying to call her and couldn’t get through so that frightened me, not knowing if she was safe. Having my first baby girl, who was 4 months old
