Suggested Corrections: First thing’s first, you completely bypassed the in-game newbie bonuses o The new member tasks in-game should give about $300k or so nowadays, potentially more as my memory is a bit shady at this point on those. The negative effects of pollution, crime, and disease are negligible until 1,200 infra. We don’t want our new members wasting funds on hospitals, police stations, or especially subways until 1k infra in a city. Once we hit that point, then it factors in to the cost v benefits. As such: o Each nation will want to purchase 200 infra at first (total cost = ~$64k) o After this, the nation should by 500 land (total cost = ~$25k) o They will want 1 coal/oil improvement + 1 energy improvement at this point (total cost = ~6k-$8k) bringing them to 2/4 improvements used o They would then want to purchase 1 farm for now (total cost = $21) bringing their improvements to 3/4 o The new nations should then purchase a single barracks to build the 1k soldiers needed for the new nation tutorial.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
