Sales Orientation When a company puts together a skilled sales force to be trained in order to go  out and sell your product—they don’t produce it, they move the product Marketing Orientation When you want to satisfy a customer needs and wants by giving them a produce  they desire 3 Marketing Objectives:      * TEST QUESTION SEVEN* Create customer value  = Benefits — Cost If benefits are greater than cost then you have value Ex: Ruth and Chris—is the atmosphere and being seen there a greater benefit  than the cost of the meal. If so then a customer value is created. Ex: Sitting first class
