Read the chapter before class. LECTURE It takes learning (chapter 8) and motivation (chapter 12) to get behavior. There are Internal and External aspects of people Internal : Attitudes, beliefs, feelings, thoughts, personalities, perceptions, and values, intentions There are 5 big personality traits Openness Conscientious Extrovert/introvert Agreeable/sociable Neuroticism/emotional There are significant gender differences External : Training is when you have behavior and you get feedback on how you’re doing.
