Pages 318-319 30/09/2008 22:55:00 The Neural Basis of Behavior Language Broca’s Aphasia –  a patient with damage to the Broca’s area  o Takes a long time between words. Big time stutters o Simple sentences o Seems to be partly a disruption of syntax. Not total though.  Wernicke’s Aphasia –  a patient with damage to Wernicke’s area o Very fluent, but makes mistakes. Fake words.
